5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined before project commencement.

Due to the digital and creative nature of our services:

• Deposits may be non-refundable

• Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced

• Final files may only be delivered once outstanding balances are settled

6. Limitation of Liability

Vanguard Media is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Website downtime caused by third-party providers

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Technical issues outside of our control
